Submissions

(Provisional Call for Entries)

We are currently inviting publishers to register and submit titles for consideration for the Nota Bene Prize. While final confirmation of the 2026 prize cycle is still in progress, we welcome submissions at this stage so that eligible titles are already in place for the shortlisting process.

Championing influential fiction, the Nota Bene Prize highlights and celebrates the power of the reading community. We’re looking for thought-provoking, accessible and relatable reads that engage diverse topics to make you stop and take note. They are the influential titles you think everyone should have on their TBR!

Once the prize cycle begins, submitted books will be reviewed by the prize team, alongside our pool of Notable Readers - influential figures across the reading and book community including content creators, booksellers, authors, critics, and other literary advocates. Once all votes have been assessed and incorporated, the shortlist will be presented to an independent judging panel composed of industry professionals and established Notable Readers. The judging panel will select the overall winner.

Details regarding prize structure, including prizes and promotional support, will be confirmed once the prize format is finalised.
